VELOURA – DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Veloura, we strive to deliver your favorite fragrances as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners.
2. Shipping Time & Charges
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days(depending on location).
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.).
- Shipping Charges:
- Flat Rate PKR 250 for orders below PKR 3,000.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Additional PKR 150 (if applicable).
3. Order Processing
- Orders placed **before 3 PM (PST)are processed the same day (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- You will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order via:
- Courier’s website (tracking link provided in confirmation).
- **Veloura Customer Support** (Email/WhatsApp).
5. Undelivered & Failed Deliveries
- If you’re unavailable, the courier will attempt 2–3 deliveries .
- After failed attempts, the order will be returned, and a refund/store credit will be issued (minus shipping fees).
6. Delivery Restrictions
- Signature Required: For security, someone must be present to receive the order.
- Address Errors:Ensure your shipping details are correct. We’re not liable for delays due to wrong addresses.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, we only deliver **within Pakistan**. International shipping will be available soon!
