VELOURA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Veloura. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (velourapak.com) and the purchase of our perfumes. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply
with these terms.

1. General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Veloura.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (name, address, payment details) is accurate.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Product Information

  • Perfume descriptions (fragrance notes, longevity, etc.) are for reference only.
  • Colors and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings or batch differences.
  • Veloura perfumes are intended for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We accept payments via *Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Veloura reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates (3-4 business days within Pakistan) and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdeliveread packages due to incorrect details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Unopened, unused productsin original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support email/phone with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued via the original payment method (excluding COD cash refunds, which will be transferred via bank).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, product images, descriptions) on Veloura’s website is our exclusive property.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our brand assets is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Veloura is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by perfume use. Customers are advised to perform a patch test.
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits) arising from website issues or delivery delays.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
